Meatball bombs
This recipe is perfect for the kids! If you’re having trouble getting them to eat vegetables, try this meatball recipe.

- 2 yellow onions
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. spicy ketchup
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

What you need:
- 3 cups shredded chicken (I use rotisserie chicken)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 of red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 baguette crusty bread
Grilled chicken nachos
